It is a commonly held view that migration policy is one of the most complex and tense areas of social and political thoughts. First of all, a person should keep in mind in what kind of society they want to live in. Recently, lots of politicians as well as scientists have been considering an open door migration policy as a recipe for disaster or fracture rather than a useful method of integration and cooperation. Thus, it is quite controversial whether migration has a positive or a negative effect on a country economy as long as whether migrants significantly contribute to an economic development. By the way, it is essential to stress that legal and illegal migration are totally different notions.
Nevertheless, the mobility of people is an important stepping stone for dynamism and constant adaptation as well as innovation, thus, migration, undoubtedly, can bring some fringe benefits to a country. In the meantime the world is changing very fast and, though Europe is in crisis, migration to the countries has been gradually increasing at an unprecedented rate.
Thus, people integrate not only in the labour market but also into the society, as a result, in Britain, for example, it spells the end of unified national life. Therefore, if migration continues at this rate, the British way of life will become simply one option in a set of lifestyle choices.
To sum it up briefly, it is necessary to underline that the government in each country should make a lot of efforts to attract people not to leave their motherland, provide them with a good salary as well as living conditions. But what should a government do for a country to become successful? Are there any solutions to the problem?
